RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at wrapnpak.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Products are only eligible for refunds if they arrive damaged or if incorrect items are delivered. All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Wrap n Pak’s management.
RETURNS
Due to safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, if there are any concerns related to product quality, you may be eligible for a free replacement or a refund of the damaged product(s). Please refer to our Refund/Replacement policy outlined below.
REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
Refunds or replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Items received are damaged, defective, or not as described
- Items were lost in transit
- Items are of sub-par quality, shape, or form
To process a refund or replacement, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice)
- Visual proof of damage or concern (images where applicable)
Once we receive and review the necessary information, we will notify you about the status of your request. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
- Replacements will be dispatched within 2–3 business days
⚠️ For wrongly delivered items, the packaging must remain intact and unopened. Due to hygiene considerations, opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
